CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to Corporate Travel Service. All documents (deposit receipt or tickets) issued must be returned before refund can be processed.

CANCELLATION PENALTY
Cruise penalties are $125 (per person) for all cancellations received after your initial deposit until 10.21.11. Cruise penalties are 50% of the entire package (per person) when received between 10.21.11 and 12.6.11. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after 12.6.11.

Airline cancellation fees and penalties are completely separate from the above and are imposed by each individual airline.

PLEASE NOTE: Group cancellation penalties differ from individual reservations.
